// CASE STUDIES

Selected procurement files published with client consent.

Anonymised by default; named where the client elects to be cited.

Case studies are added as engagements close and consent is granted. Confidential engagements remain confidential.

// 02 How Case Studies Are Compiled

// 01 SCOPE

Engagement summary.

Each case study documents the operator profile, project scope, supplier mix, lead-time profile and procurement outcome — structured against the same operational metrics Archalign reports internally.

// 02 CONSENT

Written client consent required.

Buyers retain full editorial control over what is published about their engagement. Anonymised case studies are an option for clients who decline named citation but consent to operational detail being shared.

// 03 VERIFIABILITY

Available for buyer-side reference.

Qualified prospects (Trade Account applicants, Procurement Desk briefs) can request direct introductions to named case study clients for trade-reference purposes, subject to that client's consent.

// 04 CONFIDENTIALITY DEFAULT

Confidential by default.

The majority of Archalign engagements remain confidential. Publication is the exception, not the rule. Absence of a buyer from this index reflects standard confidentiality, not engagement absence.
