14-day returns on standard catalogue pieces — unused, in original packaging, return shipping at buyer’s cost. Refund within 5–10 working days of receipt. Damaged-on-arrival pieces are replaced or refunded at our cost — just email a photo within 48 hours. Bespoke commissions and trade-quote orders are non-returnable once spec is signed off (this is standard commercial practice and is documented in the Terms — Returns & Refunds).

Catalogue orders ship worldwide from London. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination — free UK shipping over £150. Trade and commercial orders are quoted per project (consolidated freight, kerbside, two-man, or white-glove as required). Two-man and upper-floor delivery available on request.
