Third-Party Supplier Terms

Last revised: 30 June 2026. These Third-Party Supplier Terms form part of, and should be read with, our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.

1. Our role

Archalign Limited (registered in England & Wales, Companies House #14635926) operates archalign.store as a procurement coordinator and reseller. Many items in our catalogue are supplied, manufactured and/or fulfilled by independent third-party suppliers ("Suppliers"), including Suppliers based outside the United Kingdom. Where this is the case, Archalign curates, brands and coordinates the order; the Supplier produces and may dispatch the goods.

2. What this means for your order

  • Archalign remains your single point of contact for every order placed on archalign.store.
  • Some items are dispatched directly by a Supplier and may ship from outside the UK. Estimated dispatch and delivery times vary by Supplier and are shown or advised per item.
  • Product descriptions, specifications and images are provided by the Supplier or manufacturer. We present them in good faith; minor variations in colour, finish, dimensions or packaging can occur between an image and the delivered item.

3. Pricing, duties and taxes

  • Prices are shown in GBP (£). Archalign Limited is not currently VAT-registered; no VAT is charged or added to your order, and we do not issue VAT invoices.
  • Where an item is described as "landed" or "duties included", the displayed price covers importing that item to a UK mainland address. Where it is not so described, any import duties, taxes or customs charges on cross-border shipments are the customer's responsibility and are payable to the carrier or relevant authority. We make the basis of pricing clear before you complete checkout.

4. Warranties and product liability

  • Goods are covered by the warranty (if any) offered by the Supplier or manufacturer of that item. Where a warranty exists, we pass your claim through to the Supplier and assist in good faith.
  • Nothing in these terms removes or limits your statutory rights. For UK consumers, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

5. Returns and cancellations

  • UK consumers may cancel and return most items within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, in line with our Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions.
  • Some Supplier-fulfilled, made-to-order, bespoke or bulk/trade items are subject to the Supplier's own return terms, which we will tell you before you order. Bespoke and bulk-quote orders are governed by the quotation you accept.

6. Supplier confidentiality

The identity of individual Suppliers is commercially confidential and may not be disclosed. This does not affect your rights against Archalign Limited in respect of your order.

7. Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to your statutory rights and clause 4, Archalign Limited's liability for Supplier-fulfilled goods is limited as set out in our Terms & Conditions. We are not liable for delay or non-performance by a Supplier or carrier that is outside our reasonable control.
