Last revised: 30 June 2026. These Terms govern your use of archalign.store and any purchase or enquiry made through it. Please read them with our Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Third-Party Supplier Terms.

1. Acceptance & eligibility

By accessing or transacting on archalign.store ("the Site") you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. If you act for a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

2. The studio and the store

Archalign operates two surfaces. archalign.ltd is the studio — fit-out, interior-architecture expertise and project services, governed by a separate engagement letter per project. archalign.store (these Terms) is the commercial supply and considered-object store.

3. Products & images

Product descriptions, specifications and images are provided by our makers and suppliers and are curated by us in good faith. Colour and finish depend on your screen; minor variation between an image and the delivered item can occur. We may withdraw, re-price or limit any product at any time, including after an order is placed but before fulfilment, in which case we will refund you in full.

4. Orders, pricing & payment (VAT)

Prices are shown in GBP (£). Archalign Limited is not currently VAT-registered; no VAT is charged or added to your order, and we do not issue VAT invoices. Any other currency shown by the on-site converter is indicative only — your card is charged in GBP at your issuer's rate. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments and supported wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal where enabled); we do not store card details. An order-confirmation email constitutes our acceptance of your offer; until then we may decline any order.

5. Shipping, origin, delivery & customs

Items ship from our supplier network. Some items dispatch from the UK; others are sent directly by third-party suppliers, including from outside the UK (see Third-Party Supplier Terms). UK delivery is free on orders over £100; otherwise it is calculated at checkout by destination and weight. Where a price is shown as "landed" it includes UK import for that item; where it is not, any import duties, taxes or customs charges on cross-border shipments are the customer's responsibility and payable to the carrier or authority. Delivery times are estimates; carrier, customs or force-majeure delays are outside our control.

6. Returns & refunds

UK consumers may cancel and return most items within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, unused and in original packaging, for a refund less return shipping. Items received damaged are replaced or refunded at our expense — email admin@archalign.co.uk with photographs within 48 hours of delivery. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receiving the item. Bespoke, made-to-order and commenced service work is non-refundable once work has begun; pre-work cancellations are refunded in full. This does not affect your statutory rights. 7. Bespoke, bulk & services

Selected items are bespoke, bulk or service builds delivered against a brief. The published price covers the defined deliverables only; third-party costs and follow-on revisions are itemised separately. Bespoke and bulk orders are governed by the written quotation you accept. Build time runs from acceptance of your brief, not from payment.

8. Third-party suppliers

Archalign acts as a procurement coordinator and reseller; many items are supplied or fulfilled by independent third-party suppliers. Your order is governed additionally by our Third-Party Supplier Terms. Goods carry the warranty (if any) of the supplier or manufacturer, which we pass through and assist with in good faith.

9. Privacy & data

We are a UK GDPR-compliant data controller and use your data only to fulfil and communicate about your order, prevent fraud and (with consent) market relevant items. We do not sell your data. You may access, correct, delete, restrict, port or object — email admin@archalign.co.uk with "GDPR REQUEST". See our Privacy Policy.

10. Cookies

We use essential cookies to run the cart and session, and (with your consent via the banner) optional analytics/attribution cookies. Declining optional cookies does not block purchasing.

11. Intellectual property

The "ARCHALIGN" word mark, the gold-on-void visual system, copy, layout and original media on the Site are the property of Archalign Limited and may not be copied, scraped, republished, used to train AI, or commercially reused without prior written permission. Personal browsing and brief attributed citation are permitted. Product photographs by third-party makers remain the property of their creators and are reproduced under our supplier agreements.

12. Acceptable use

You may not use the Site to break the law, impersonate others, gain unauthorised access, probe or test security, introduce malware, scrape at volume, or submit false information. Breach is grounds for immediate termination of access.

13. Disclaimers & liability

The Site is provided "as is"; we operate to reasonable industry standards but do not warrant it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Archalign Limited's total liability arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law — including your statutory consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Archalign Limited and its officers, employees, suppliers and agents against any claim or loss arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

15. Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, civil unrest, pandemic, transport or postal disruption, customs delays, platform or payment-processor outages, power failure or governmental action.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, your local statutory protections are unaffected.

17. Changes & contact
