WEEK 02
Spec Lock
FF&E specification frozen against the scoped quote. After this point, item swaps trigger a programme review — not a silent substitution.
// HOW WE SEQUENCE DELIVERIES
Most catalogue suppliers ship boxes. Archalign sequences every line item against your fit-out programme so 1st fix, 2nd fix, snagging and opening happen on the dates your contractor needs them. Below is the canonical 12-week delivery skeleton we run against. Real projects compress or extend each phase per scope.
WEEK 02
FF&E specification frozen against the scoped quote. After this point, item swaps trigger a programme review — not a silent substitution.
WEEK 04
Deposit cleared, suppliers released to production. We hold a master line-by-line lead-time matrix from this point.
WEEK 08
Consolidated freight clears UK customs into a bonded staging point. Items get sorted and labelled by 1st-fix / 2nd-fix sequence before they leave the warehouse.
WEEK 09–11
Heavy and built-in items first, then FF&E, then accents and soft furnishings. Delivery slots scheduled with your site manager — not just "expect delivery this week".
WEEK 11–12
Joint walk-through with your team. Defects logged. Replacement orders go out within 5 working days. Opening date stays the opening date.
